The Pregnancy Calculator App is designed to provide the user with the required number of pregnancies to generate at the selected pregnancy check interval. The user may monitor actual performance by entering actual pregnancies.
To begin, the user should enter the herd name in the text field labeled Herd Name. The date is automatically entered in the Date text field but may be changed by touching in the Date text field and using the date selector. Press Done after selection. Next, the user should choose the pregnancy check interval used on the dairy by touching the Choose Interval selector in the appropriate area: 1 week, 2 weeks or 1 month.
To obtain the data for the Herd Size, Calving Interval, Pregnancy Loss and Cull Rate text fields you may refer to DHI reports or the table in the help documentation for the DairyComp305 commands and explanations. There may be differences in values reported by DHI services with respect to numbers generated by DairyComp305™. In cases of extreme variation, please consult your DHI field agent or DairyComp305 support.

To edit a record already saved, tough the record in the record list. The data will be placed in the appropriate text fields for correction. Make the necessary changes then touch the Save menu to update the record. If it becomes necessary to clear the assessment, touch the Clear menu. The Calculate menu item will allow the user to run all the calculations. The Export to .csv menu item creates a comma delimited file on your device (Device storage/PregCalcApp) that you can have access to.
